I haven't looked at the original press release. But I should say I am not surprised that insiders want to sell some of their shares given EMJ has gone up substantially. It's not, IMO, a sign that he/they have less faith in the co. Or at least not inherently so. As to what effect it will have on the market will remains to be seen. Given the current trading volume, he will have to be careful unloading the stock or there will be a risk of the price sliding. I still think this stock has long-term potential. I am waiting for a good entry point at this point. Olga
