i think that this one fell throught the cracks and may represent an affordable buying opportunity. OPTO helps to convert companies that use paper commerce to E commerce, so in my opinion could be considered as an infrastructure play. consider the following similiar companies

opto- market cap 375 miilion, p/s=9.76 (Based on yearly rev of 30 million)
actu- market cap 960 million, p/s=26.51
bryo- market cap 1.56 billion, p/s=12.91
qsft- market cap 3.87 billion, p/s=73.4

also consider this, the majority of these companies have been making their move over the past month or so.

imho, opto is going to act like a rainmaker which is a slow ramp with momentum building. lots of buzz on this by kimberly lee and people on her thread,
