OK conspiracy theorists, how 'bout a friendly wager as to whether or not the US govt will use the Y2K problem as a cover to dump from our reserves, ostensibly to "save the world" from Y2K disruptions, in reality to drop the price a bit? (humor involved here, for those more serious....)
