NEW YORK, Dec 17 (Reuters) - CIBC World Markets started coverage of NEXTLINK Communications Inc. <NXLK.O> with a strong buy rating and Cunningham Graphics International Inc. <CGII.O>with a buy rating, a market source said on Friday.
