;-< not happy with IVII. They had a great year and don't release news nor post on website. I personally reduced my position because of disappointment. When I met Rich for the first time I thought he looked like a salesman. Braclets and rings on both hands. We need someone who understands great technology and marketing. I still like IVII's technology but there needs to be some changes made with management. Rich has made bad decisions since becoming President. I plan to talk to a lawyer about public securities. I would like to know what a shareholder can legally request from public companies. I can asure you I will exercise my rights to the fullest. I want to see the documents of clients, expenses, shareholders and financials. Time will tell but going to pink sheets will not turn me away.
