Jon, You should try to claim to be better than Steve Harmon who runs a pay site by picking your ten best longs for 2000. No trading during the year. He had 355% average return for year for his ten stocks and that's why many people follow him. Haven't seen anyone beat him for a ten best list in 1999. An ML analyst and Mary Meeker are close for a few picks, but not for ten. Your stategy involves frequent trading which many potential customers want no part in.
Post your ten best list on January 1, 2000. If you beat Harmon for a ten best long list, you will have plenty of people beating down your door for advice. If you return 100%, you will have earned a larger following. Good luck.
Jack
