When I worked at the writing tutorial services, we used to get dozens of first year law students coming in with papers pertaining to some textbook-type "case" about 2 people who were shipwrecked and clinging to a board while floating in the ocean... One of the people pushes the other one off of the board or something to that effect.... My selective memory prevents me from recalling all of the details. The only thing that I can remember is that I got pretty sick of hearing about these two people and their board and started wishing that the board would just sink....;-}>
