YARC Forms Merger Alliance with CTI Imaging Systems
CAMARILLO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 1999--YARC Systems Corporation (OTC-BB: YARC - news) and CTI Imaging Systems Inc. yesterday entered into an agreement to jointly pursue certain merger and acquisition targets.
CTI Imaging Systems Inc is a privately held corporation formed by Hank Bechard, a founder and former C.E.O. of Autologic Information International, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIII - news), Wes Stupar, founder and former Chief Engineer at Autologic, Claude LaCoche, who was responsible for developing Autologic's European market base, John Cannon, a specialist in Computer Systems Management, and Joe Yuhos, who was Project Manager for the APPS-1, Autologic's first successful computer-to-plate printing system.
Autologic is a majority owned subsidiary of Volt Information Sciences, Inc (NYSE: VOL - news).
