President and CEO, Robert Ingraham
brings over 17 years of experience in the
data communications industry to WTI.
From 1996, Mr. Ingraham successively
built and managed Phoenix Fiberlink's
Internet operations, Brooks Fiber's
national Internet operations and
Worldcom's Internet MAE operations. In
late 1994, Mr. Ingraham was founder and
president of ProMedia, a regional Internet
Service Provider that was sold in 1996.
Prior to 1994, he was consultant to
various companies in the Silicon Valley
including IBM, Hewlett-Packard and
Litton Industries.


The Wavve
management team
has almost 50 years
of combined
experience in
telecommunications
management,
engineering and
operations. The team
recently gained significant industry
experience with both Brooks Fiber
Properties and MCI/WorldCom.

While with MCI/WorldCom, the team had
operational control of the Metropolitan
Area Exchanges (the MAE's), which
