Cable service spreading worldwide. ICAB is scheduled to unveil their cable internet service for their market (Hong Kong) in early Y2K. Maybe they should get together with ATHM. ATHM international team must not off the ball with open access US problems. The world is open for business but if the snozze look for MSFT to leap frog ATHM.
