SuzieQ the way I see it is that since May 1998 and it is almost the year 2000 JNC only has converted 35 whole shares out of the 500. They are Not really wanting to tank the stock because in the 20 months the preferred has been out there the dilution is minimal.

Now the wording can be twisted but if there was a ton of stock out there then why did it lock up Friday and then gap down on 500 shares they drop the ask and BOOM buying hit and they gapped the ask back to 1.59 ... Not to mention most of Fridays trading was institutional and retail brokers and only 5% about of non trackable.

Oh the dilution is stated in the filings too. the number of shares outstanding August 1998 was 11,827,308 and on August 1999 11,996,114 (+168,806) and on November 30, 1999 12,147,803 (+151,689)... Wooooo!!!

Does that look like JNC is trying to tank the company ... Not to me it doesn't ... Looks like JNC is extrememly friendly to the company.

However, shorters are using it as a reason to short and scare off folks ...

Oh well ...
