Intraware SubscribNet Service to Provide Internet-Based Software Delivery and Update Management

ORINDA, Calif., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Intraware, Inc., (Nasdaq: ITRA - news) the leading IT e-Marketplace for Web-based software and services, officially announced today that Commerce One, Inc., (Nasdaq: CMRC - news), a leading provider of e-commerce solutions, has selected the Intraware SubscribNet service to provide Commerce One customers with Internet-based software update and management services. As a result of today's announcement, each Commerce One customer will have access to a co-branded version of the SubscribNet service, which delivers proactive notification of software updates and changes, and provides password-protected sites for customers to collaborate about and download all updates.
