Bob, It's not the printer. If you're talking about the same thing I get, the screen shows the border, dates, etc. but no prices or volume or TA studies. Just a blank. Has nothing to do with the printer. Yesterday this happened to me as I was looking at a previously gathered group of about 12-15 symbols. The last symbol (WMT) came up blank. I went to the directory where its data is stored and it painted perfectly. I went back to my original group and it was fine. Who knows what little thing in MSWIN would let this happen? But, it's good to be able to slap a quick work around on it. Ken
