Holy Guacamole, my co-worker just finished a 15min tirade concerning his poor experience with ETYS. He ordered 12 items Dec. 5th and just received an email advising half of the items will not be guaranteed for XMAS delivery, best guarantee they could make was 30 days from date of order. His wife is writing a nasty letter to the company, I told him to buy puts;)
