Enterworks Adds E-business Visionaries to Management Team; CTO and VP of Process Management Bring Expertise in Development of Product Architecture and Vision

ASHBURN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 20, 1999--Enterworks(SM), the leading provider of software for integrating e-business data and processes, today announced the appointments of Alan Bollinger to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Ed Dante to vice president of process management. Their shared expertise in developing and managing product architecture and vision will enable Enterworks to drive its e-business offering into the new millennium.

Bollinger is responsible for setting the technical and product direction for Enterworks and will work to develop and manage products that conform to Enterworks' overall e-business vision. As vice president of process management, Dante is responsible for identifying potential partners that best align with Enterworks' business model and award winning technology. In addition Dante will formulate ongoing process management solutions aimed at Enterworks' target markets, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and government.

About Alan Bollinger

Bollinger brings more than twenty years experience in systems design, development and technical support across a broad range of government and commercial applications to Enterworks. Most recently Bollinger was technical director at Oracle Corporation, serving as inventor and Chief Architect for Oracle's Dominant Design practice. Bollinger focused on building a re-usable engineering consulting framework to rapidly implement complex solutions based on past consulting engagements. Prior to that, Bollinger spent more that ten years with Digital Equipment Corporation, Federal Systems. During that time Bollinger performed a wide variety of technical support roles including solutions development, systems design, database consulting, technical program management and competitive analysis. Bollinger holds an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

Dante has extensive experience in both the domestic and international software product marketplaces. He has authored and developed a number of internationally distributed commercial products and conceptual frameworks supporting the enterprise-wide business needs of Global 5000 companies and top IT services organizations worldwide. Prior to joining Enterworks, Dante served as president of Princeton Management Sciences, where he was responsible for defining product vision and guiding product architecture. In addition, Dante was vice president of North American operations for the Hoskyns Group Ltd. There he established a highly profitable and competitive, process-based consulting organization and a number of commercially successful products. Dante holds a BA from New York University.
