Here's the data from MarketGuide:

INSTITUTIONAL & INSIDER OWNERSHIP
PURCHASES SALES NET PURCH %OWNED
Institutions (3 Months) 2.761 Mil 5.653 Mil -2.892 Mil 69.6%
Insiders (6 Months) 0.004 Mil 0.000 Mil 0.004 Mil 38.3%

Note that institutional + insider ownership is > 100%
according to MarketGuide. This is not uncommon in the MG
data, due to double counting some shareholders in both
categories or due to overcounting insider ownership
data in the proxy. Anyway, it is clear that EBSC doesn't
seem to have a lot of ownership by small investors.

Here's the corresponding data for SVM, which appears to
have a lot more shares in small hands:

INSTITUTIONAL & INSIDER OWNERSHIP
PURCHASES SALES NET PURCH %OWNED
Institutions (3 Months) 25.422 Mil 25.049 Mil 0.373 Mil 40.2%
Insiders (6 Months) 0.100 Mil 0.000 Mil 0.100 Mil 14.0%
