It has been wrong a few times, meaning that the market did not crash, but it has never failed to signal a real market crash in advance. Actually, every time it signaled a crash over the last couple of years the market has run. About it never failing in a real crash, how many have we had, and how many times has that indicator flashed a crash? If you signal a crash often enough, eventually it will be right.
