As we noted last week, the Fed will keep the banking system awash in liquidity through year-end. And while earnings warnings season will begin soon, it doesn't look to be a particularly bad warnings season. We are increasingly worried about Q1 given the huge run for the Nasdaq this quarter and the potential for the liquidity-driven rally to be starved of its liquidity once the Fed spigots shut off after Y2K passes. But that's not a worry for two more weeks...GJ>>
