Boy, you guys and gals had a busy night last night! I think the majority of people know how to read SEC reports and the discussion should be limited to matters that may create confusion among some of us. I am concerned about the options as well as Mike, but not enough to change my mind about this stock. I am not an investment banker so I am not familiar with all of the options IFCI may have had to finance their recent acquisition. This seems to be a fairly painless situation at least for the short term and we should all remember that they are doing a good job at increasing the growth of this company. These people own stock in this company as well and I don't think they would cut their own throats with a "bad deal". Just an opinion, Michael
