delisting update: CDDD will become CDDDE after 12/23. That's from today's official OTC-BB daily list. otcbb.com The meaning of this is that CDDD has not passed the requirements for maintaining its listing on the OTC-BB. On 1/19, CDDD will be evaluated again for compliance. If the SEC has still not approved CDDD's filings, the stock will be delisted, and on 1/20 it will no longer trade on the OTC-BB.
