Does this part worry you?

So often in cyclical industries, companies wait until they are out of capacity, then everybody adds plant at once, and there is too much capacity. Then when the cycle peaks, everybody is in trouble, with expensive plant and employees that must be paid.

I realize that the duration of the LU and GLW outsourcing contracts offers some stability for Spectran over the next couple of years. But I wonder about the other sales, and what will happen to them if LU and GW are adding multimode fiber capacity now.
