2TheMart.com, the Final Chapter

Click on 2jwebs old web sit and you will find some real new fun stuff on 2themart.com. (tmrt). Is this the exciting new web site TMRT promised its shareholders? They just used 2jauctions web site and passed it on as their own. In 2THEMART.COM'S Form: 10-12G/A Filing Date: 11/30/1999 they mention 2jauction.com but said it was not good enough. Go to this site before they get rid of the link. TheTruthseeker was wondering why the site was second class and now I know why. Also just to remind you that all the stuff TMRT has on their web site is "ONE BID" which is not even a auction. They just signed up as a reseller and are selling the stuff at one price. I wonder if the class action attorneys will extend the date of the class action. suit?

2jauction.com is now 2TheMart.com

freeedgar.com

In December 1998, the Company had entered into an agreement to acquire a
fully functional and operational Internet auction Web site known as
2jauction.com, which acquisition was completed in January 1999. However, upon
further analysis of the reliability and scalability of the 2jauction software,
the Company determined that in order to compete effectively in the auction
marketplace, a more robust and scalable software was deemed necessary.
Thereafter, the Company retained the services of third parties to assist in
building the new robust and scalable auction software. The Company's Web site
developers have completed the design, coding, testing and implementation of its
Web site. The Company launched its Web site on November 18, 1999.

The Truthseeker was curious so he emailed 2jweb.com and asked what happened to their auction web site. The reply was most shocking;

Greetings,

We entered into discussions with 2TheMart in the Fall of 1998 and they have
reprogrammed and renamed the auction.
