Ptask, I noticed the move... unfortunately..I don't have enough shares.. I am surprised by that move... I guess some conclusions of the feasibility study are leaking out. It is suppose to be out before year end. P.S. Don't forget that PDL has L.T. debt of $120 millions... so eventually this will means heavy dilution. And they haven't finance the expansion yet.
