Fiscal 1996 Proxy. TMSR adopts poison pill. Floating Point Systems. TMSR has adopted a poison pill with its Class A,B,C staggered board proxy item. It should also be noted that the Chairman, CEO and CFO of TMSR were all formerly senior officers of Floating Points Systems, which was not formally disclosed in TMSR's most recent 10K.
