hui zhou, I've continued to follow the case of Mr. Lee and Los Alamos situation with interest and feel the groups are right to be upset about the way he is being treated. I noticed the independent group that studied the Cox report and concluded it was based on suppositions and contained no evidence. (I posted my similar conclusion here a few months ago) Noted Mr. Lee's lawsuit against the FBI, Justice, and DOE. (I believe he has a strong case.) I've read the charges. The government has a strong case against him, but have not chosen to prosecute dozens or even hundreds of others that have committed similar, same, or worse security violations. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out. Ron
