If the market continues this way, we should see BEAS cross $100 in the next few months. I agree with Nancy's technical analysis .. but I don't think these are times for such analysis.

If you were referring to my post, that's the first time I've seen the P/E ratio referred to as "technical analysis". Usually, it's called a fundamental ratio. It used to be normal to suggest that a stock's value bear some relation to its earnings. Not these days I guess!

I agree with you that it was a great acquisition, and if the market continues this way, BEAS may indeed cross a hundred.

However, the Nasdaq 100 cannot continue to fly to moon indefinitely. The A/D line has stunk up the house for nearly two years now. Historically, this kind of situation corrects itself by the high-flyers coming down to earth, not the bottom-creepers flying.

So just remember you're trading the stock, not the company.
