I can only tell you that the valuations of both companies are extremely "rich" by any objective measure. At the very least you might consider selling ATM covered calls against your position.

Think of it this way: Cisco has increased earnings by around 40% yoy, but the price of the stock is up by around 150% in a rising interest rate environment. If the increased stock price were simply due to enhanced earnings visibility I would expect the stock to be up somewhere in the neighborhood of only 40%. Factor in rising interest rates and perhaps you could make an argument that the stock should be up around 30% or so.
