I have two problems with this.

It assumes that we don't have greater credit and financial excesses right now (that have yet to cause trouble) as a result of that round of credit inflation. I am not so sure.

Even if he was successful on a permanent and sustainable basis all he had to do was wait a few hours and people like "ME" (emphasis on ME) who find wealth transfers like this objectionable and those who did get ripped off would not have something to be angry about.

I hope you can at least understand "why" some of us don't like aspects of the current system.
