Anthony, the last WSRI 10q talked of the reverse merger dilution, this 10q spells it out. WSRI shareholders held 4.2MM shares, 29.5MM more shares have been issued to the private company's owners (private shareholders). Looks like the number of shares of WSRI is now somewhere around 35MM. It appears that the new shares may be restricted (I really didn't study all the details). When the restriction ends, there could be significant selling? I'll look at this closer when I get more time, maybe we have a legal beagle out there to enlighten us?
