Someone put a buy rec out a few weeks ago . The sector is still out of favor however at current levels and lower its not a bad buy as long as Oxford does not warn . My price target would be around $ 10 . Also there has been more press about lawsuits against HMO'S ,that another reason for the decline. One other note , last week another Analyst put out a buy rec on the stock but said that 4rth quarter could be lite , the 4rth quarter comment is not helping the stock price either. Mark
