Kieth, did you contact PNP today (re VGIN shares)? I talked to MNTX (Perry). They currently have a total of 750K shares and warrants of LUMM. Perry didn't elaborate as to the proportion of their holdings that are in warrants. He also indicated that MNTX has been selling LUMM 'all along' (i.e., since it started climbing). They once had 750K shares and 500K warrants, so they must have sold at least 500K. If the 500+K was sold at a good price, MNTX may also be at 1/3 FMV.
