That'll be kind of tough. Cumine (the garden variety w/ 256K) is about 108 mm2, while L2-less Athlon on 0.18u is roughly the same size, +/- 3 mm2. Cumine-128 is likely going to be 90 mm2, while Spitfire will probably be about 110 mm2.

I don't know what you consider "close," but Spitfire will no doubt have a larger die size than Cumine-128.
