Claude,

Atended the AGM today. I was quite impressed with the people in the company - no BS whatsoever. If anything, I would say that they tend to understate their achievements.

The zone to the south appears to be very interesting. Some of their preliminary geo work has indicated that this is likely a continuation of the drilled off area. In addition, their MMI (mobile magnetic imaging or induction can't remember which) studies, gave readings 15-20 times that of background. Not a guarantee that there will be the same thing there, but encouraging nevertheless.

Also nice; there is very little of the annoying heavy metals that would make post heap-leach reclamation difficult and no manganese problems (that's for you Liz).

The game plan is to lay down about 12-15 holes in the south zone (100-150 centers) to get a feel for it. As well, they will continue drilling the N/W zone. This will be starting in February, if I recall properly.

There is excellent continuity of ore distribution (truly disseminated) and the oxides go at least 150 meters deep; some holes ended in oxide ore.

IMO if this hits in the south zone and we continue in the N/W zone, this play may have lots of upside potential yet.

One last thing - for a takeover to be successful, it would have to be a very sweet deal -- otherwise the company will develop.
