BEAUTYMERCHANT.COM Enters Advertising Agreement With EarthLink

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec 20, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
BEAUTYMERCHANT.COM (OTCBB: BUTY) announced today that the company has
entered into an advertising agreement with EarthLink (Nasdaq: ELNK), in
its newly designed EarthLink Mall.

The Mall is available to EarthLink's 1.566 million members, as well as
the general public. This agreement includes banner ad rotations and hot
deals rotations, along with placement on the "More Stores" links.

CEO and President of BEAUTYMERCHANT.COM Edward A. Roth stated "We are
