Emmer: I have no problem with hiring an investor relations person. I think announcement of plans is fine. If folks wish to speculate with unneeded funds, more power to them. I do think the enthusiasm folks have for penny stocks often leads people to get ahead of themselves. Some play on that sentiment (or gullibility) for short term gains. They may do this by promoting the stock's prospect on little information. In such cases it is not the value in the stock that generates buying pressure, so much as the short term enthusiasm that promoters can generate for brief periods. Where there is no fundamental value, typically the rally fails, leaving behind a landscape of bag holders. Steve
