Who cares what some ignorant research rag says...The COMPANY says it has entered into a restructuring agreement which will wipe out the current common shareholders. Go read the 10-K, 10-Q and go to the company's website and go to their "Press Room" for this information. Even better, call the CFO of the company and ask him!! Doesn't matter what happens with Linux, Linus, Pokemon or Y2K...the stock will ultimtely be a ZERO (like it or not.) If you have not invested in "restructuring" or Chapter 11 companies and if you do not have a strong background in this area you should avoid companies in these positions.
