There is nothing to celebrate. Read it carefully. The goodwill was written off 5/6th from the original reported figure. It was written off against the additional-paid in capital and common stock. ZSUN readjusted the goodwill amortization back to earnings; ZSUN also adjusted down the weighted outstanding shares of common stock for calculating basic EPS (Nobody cares about basic EPS any way), therefore, the EPS looks nicer. If ZSUN keeps changing its financial figures back and forth, it will be ZERO Sun soon
