Are a lot of people , satisfied with this service ? I'm just curious ,for I'm thinking of subscribing to it? But today ,I called customer service, to ask a few questions. And ended up on hold for way over a hour , actually going on to two hours, and never did get through. Is this normal, or was this just a really bad day ? I had asked a few questions , on this forum the other night, about what parameters could be used for alerts , but didn't receive any response. So I thought it would be best, to phone the company , which turned out, to not be one of my better ideas. I was trying to find out,if one could look at the features of this program, without subscribing first ? Any help, which could be offered ,would be greatly appreciated
