Jim: thanks for the response....tried calling amazon's 800 # and the wait is 15 minutes, that is what they say on their recorded message...who is going to wait 15 minutes to hear from them...i'd rather wait for the telephone company to come between 1 and 5...LOL...they still haven't answered my e-mail...guess i won't have the gift by Christmas...if it doesn't come tomorrow i'll cancel it....probably take forever to get my refund as well...live and learn...by the way...as soon as i say the stock will tank...it moves up on earnings...that's how my luck has been going...LOL regards, rfb
