Getting Started in Options by Thomsett is a great intro book. Only $15.16 on Amazon. Easy reading, great layout. If you were skiing this would be mostly green runs with some easy blue ones mixed in. McMillan (Options as a Strategic Investment) is my favorite, but I wouldn't tackle the steeps until you try the beginners slope a few times.
