Re. delisting - I'll bet it isn't often that a company chooses to split its stock a week before it is delisted to the pink sheets.

But that appears to be what is in store for CDDDE.

The split is supposed to be "on or about January 15, 2000"

The delisting will occur after the close January 19, 2000.
