I think we ride the high 49s and 51s for a bit of time, and them come out strong again, the merger is with media darling Travelocity. The shares convert into them. This has happend before it will cool its jets for a bit of time before it starts again.

Bottomline is that PTVL and Travelocity deal with a great from of Internet commerce. Ticket for hotels and Planes and vacations, and cruises, after the merger they will be the Third Largerst Ecommerce site with over 20 million users affliated with the site. That is AOL worthy, and so long as they stay within the travel niche, they will be a partner of choice for many smaller Internet sites.

Another think I like is the deal with PCLN, they benefit by using the technology, get a peace of the action, and avoid all the legal hassles that EXPE expedia is going through.

If you like Travel Ecommerce, TLVY will clearly be the leader as soon as the merger occurs, the way to get those shares now is by buying PTVL. I believe post merger is in the 80's ++
