Maybe the split was a misprint and they are actually anticipating the need for a reverse 3 for 1 split about that time......:)
Seriously, though, even if CDDD(E) is not a sham in any way and has the greatest technology since silicon, it seems unlikely that the current value is warranted: even if they could manufacture the devices on their own in the next six to twelve months, it is unlikely that they could develop the infrastructure of devices (necessary to read it) in any meaningful quantity within the same time frame. Plus, without a "strategic partner," in order to raise the money to manufacture it themselves, there is, IMO, likely to be significant dilution because of the issuance of additional shares. Is there any other way for them to raise sufficient money?
IMO, for a company with no revenue, an unknown quantity of shares outstanding, no current or recent public filings, apparently unresolved BB listing issues, questionable cash availability for ongoing operations, and some of the other extraneous baggage that seems to be present, the current stock price appears unsupportable and irrational.
Would anyone long CDDD care to make an objectively reasonable case (other than the stock price appreciation) for why the current stock price is justified or why anyone should reasonably expect it to go higher?
