thanks, Cha2. I agree with your analysis, and think your strategy makes sense. Your fundamental insight that wireless and fiber were the two areas to concentrate in--and your picking of QCOM and JDSU as the best ways to play those sectors--was nothing short of genius, and you deserve all the rewards that you have reaped as a result. I will follow your future calls with great interest.

As for investing, right now I have too many ideas, and too much invested. Like most sensible people, I think there's a high chance of some significant tech correction in the near-to-mid future, and I would love to position myself to a) ride it out calmly and b) jump in to grab bargains near the bottom. But that will require generating some cash (or at least reducing my margin exposure<sshhhh!>) in advance. Yet with the following portfolio, what the *&$#! am I supposed to shed??? :0(

I should never have let all you evil people talk me into buying all this stuff in the first place. Now, as a good LTB&Her, I can't bring myself to get rid of any of it!!!! So how am I going to pick up Q LEAPS cheap during the spring firesale--my only chance to beat professor tekgirl's Y2K performance? I guess I could take on a second job to raise cash, but I'm kinda losing the first one thanks to all the time I'm spending on this stuff... :0(
