I agree with you Elizabeth. BAY looks very good and CC has done quite a lot to show how profound the Alamo Dorado property seems to be. It's rare for anyone to contribute as much as he has, to be so open with his professional opinion, or tried so hard to help anyone to understand what this or other companies are doing. Neither he nor anyone can come out and declare something is in the bag. The only thing that can be done is to make a case. The rest is up to each individual and the rest is only a guess. You know this well in your efforts to ferret out winners in resource stocks. The thing is that there's something missing in this equation and I can't figure out what it is. I wouldn't be short. Holding a long position is somehow perverse whether it works or not and so is the speculative way to fly. Given your superior discernment it is clear you are short the participants of this thread, not short the stock of BAY. You went short when they went thick.
