Point well taken, Mel. I am not losing sleep over this, just getting a little "itchy". It just seems to me that "people in the know" have not jumped on the bandwagon yet, and to be honest I never took a position in this stock because I believed in the patent (I am still on the fence). I did so because I believed the hype alone would drive the stock above current levels, and if defendents starting caving in, that was an added bonus, and if the patent held, well that would be a double bonus. I am in for the long run, and I took my position as a winner take all gamble.
