I don't belive that the use of the encryption software will radically change the way Tim operates. He has already been using PM when he needs to say something in a non-public forum. All this software does is allow him to send out a message once as opposed to 200+ PMs. Like I said last night, if people on SI overuse the software, I can see SI finding a way for it not to work on SI.
