Dave, Don't know Doc's motivation. My guess is that he still believes (hopes) he will manuever into a position where he can regain control of the company. As far as I know he has not paid the money and has intitiated counter actions. Haven't heard anything about the special meeting. My guess is that it was adjourned once again for lack of quorum. Perhaps they'll just have to wait to the next annual meeting. Things have gotten so bad they can't even change their name without it becoming a soap opera. Why they don't just remove all the controversial items and start over, I'll never understand. Just like BSFE has done to Fairhaven, I've written off BSFE for now. I count my entire investment as down the drain (average cost per share almost $4). I'll be pleasantly surprized by any comeback. I can't see selling now (hardly worth the commission.) If it ever creeps vack up to $2 I'll reevaluate at that time as to whether my money is best left there or put to work somewhere else. Just my way of coping. This is the saddest, most dissappointing investment I've ever made. Allan
