One to keep an eye on is RTROC. They announced another small apparel contract today. They keep announcing these every few days. Eventually they will get some notice. The float is only 1.4M. I like the price right now and will play a small position. Also, don't forget IMCI which was mentioned by me as a good Rat Dog type stock. There was some good volume on it yesterday.
