I still think they raise the bias myself, market down for remainder after the announcement and into the morning tomorrow, then the market says they are on hold till February and rallies to new highs. More guess than fundamental since the market may discount a change in bias immediately. I forgot to take the mania course in college so I am not understanding how they think.<ng> Good Luck, Lee
